    Name:
    Tulio Ranko

    Age:
    25

    Occupation:
    Playwright

    Story:
So, here we have Tulio, who's a famous playwright in Nirethia. He's famous enough to get one of his plays seen by the King and Queen, so he's doing pretty well for himself. He's technically not in charge of the theater, but since he does most of the work around there, he has a lot of authority. But, behind every genius lies some madness, and Tulio is no exception to this rule. He has schizophrenia, and it comes in the form of Leila. She's a figment of his imagination. She knows it and he knows it, but that doesn't make her any less real. Despite the two being very different from each other, the two have a strange sort of relationship where they coincide together. It's because of Tulio's schizophrenia that he can come up with his amazing plays, and Leila knows it. Think of it as like John Nash in A Beautiful Mind. With his mental illness, he can come up with new math facts. But when he starts taking medicine to get rid of it, he can't come up with new things anymore. Tulio is the same way. He hasn't told anybody about what goes on inside his head because he fears he'll be labeled as a lunatic, or worse, a wizard, which will end with him getting burned at the stake. So, he keeps it a secret.

    Personality:
Tulio is all over the place when it comes to his personality. He can be very friendly and charming one day, but the next, he's so obsessed with his work that he'll snap at anyone who tries to talk to him. He is very dedicate to his work and will strive to the point of exhaustion to get everything done. This can sometimes cause him to have breakdowns from time to time, either angry or depressive ones. If he's getting writer's block, he'll get moody and angry and will usually turn to drinking. He always carries a notebook and pencil with him so he can jot down any ideas that will be useful for future plays. He has no time for romance, so any attempts at flirting with him will probably be ignored. He can be very weird at times, but he is a loyal friend once you get to know him. If he doesn't like you, he won't hesitate to call you out on it. He can be impulsive that way. When he gets angry, he'll definitely explode, so it's best to keep your distance. He loves art, in any of it's forms: dancing, painting, singing, etc. In summary, he has the fame of Shakespeare, the cookiness of Mozart, and the insanity of Van Gogh. I know Van Gogh didn't have schizophrenia, but he was the first person that popped into my head. XD
