Background:
Kida's father left when Kida was three, but still acted as a father to her, as the divorce had been mutual. Her father was in a new marriage and had a little girl, too, as well as a step-son. He would bring the two children to visit occasionally -- which, now she accounts to him wanting to keep them safe. The daughter was named Belle, while the son was named John. Kida and Belle were close, but when Belle reached the age of about six, Kida noticed that she became very distant and closed off. John was never someone Kida trusted, nor wanted to have anything to do with. When her father was killed, she lost contact with Belle and John.
Current Storyline:
Kida's mother went on a sailing trip and never returned. Kida does not know what happened to her mother -- whether she is dead or shipwrecked, or if she simply ran away. She has come to Nirethia in search of Belle, considering the two Rolfe siblings are the only family she has left.
Personality:
Kida, upon first meeting her, will tend to act much more mature than others her own age. This is because of how her mother taught her to be. She is not one to put up with childish behavior. She tends to be very short tempered, though she does make an attempt to constrain herself. When in her short tempered state, she can be quite childish -- even if she does make a point to avoid childish people. She can be very aggressive and even violent, if provoked. For those she cares about, she shows unconditional love -- protecting them without even considering her own well-being. She is very charming, though often sarcastic and "maturely playful."
Occupation Details:
Kida is witty and smart. Therefore, coming up with schemes and making money off of said schemes suits her well. She also has the benefit of witchcraft -- mainly hypnosis (something she shares in common with Belle). She is a talented actress, and tends to be able to trick people out of their money faster than they know what happened.
Relationships:
-Belle Rolfe: Being her older sister, Kida is protective of Belle. Even with their limited background, she shares a bond with Belle. She and Belle are very similar in personality, though Kida resembles a much more matured version of Belle. When she arrives in Nirethia, her first goal is to locate Belle. Once that is accomplished, she is given housing in Belle's cabin.
-John Rolfe: Kida prefers to avoid John. She has never trusted him, simply because she saw something in him as a child that she did not feel safe around. And, she finds herself proved right upon meeting him again. She makes an effort to keep Belle away from him, or at least be there if Belle is to be around him, simply because she found out what it is that happened to Belle, and John's part in it all. She's also not scared of him by any means.
