Story:
Born the middle child of three sons, Clopin's parents had no money and no home. He was raised on the streets where he learned everything from pickpocketing, stealing, to the layout of the city and how things were run in the kingdom. This would prove very important for when he grew older. Clopin got by on his sharp wit, quick instincts and his overzealous ways, now he entertains all royals alike for a fee and often is hired for creating elaborate celebrations, although its not his official job, he does it quite well and it pays his bills. Clopin did his best to stay close to his family, after hearing that his brother had a child he often visited her and when his brother left, Clopin took Esmeralda as his own child, sharing her custody between himself and his other brother Faciller. If you haven't heard of Clopin's name, then you haven't lived in the kingdom for very long.
Personality:
Overzealous and quirky, some may call Clopin a tad bit insane, to which he would respond, "I am quite in sane." which should speak enough for itself. Clopin is always happy it seems, he had lived a hard life up until now and he now takes life one day at a time and enjoys every hour of it. He also tends to put up a hard front, as he doesn't want to make Esmeralda worry about him.
Family & Relationships:
Esmeralda: Niece/"Adopted" Daughter - Clopin loves his little Esmeralda, not having children of his own has made him become almost father-like to his niece. She is the light of his life and he frequently has her come to work with him in his festivals. He is very protective over her, rather it be a potential suitor, love interest or someone trying do her harm, you can bet Uncle Clopin will be there to deal with them.
Faciller: younger brother - Although the two do not see eye-to-eye with pretty much anything, Clopin still loves his little brother. He enjoys picking fights with him because he knows he'll get angry and knows what buttons to push to mess with him. He doesn't believe in magic, nor does he like it since that's how Esmeralda lost her mom and strongly disagrees with him encouraging her.
