Princess Anastasia of Nirethia
Despite her family and the court & royals addressing her as "Princess Anastasia of Nirethia", she much prefers, "Princess Anya" or just "Anya" with close friends.

Story:
King Stefan has ruled the land well and as long as most can remember but people of the city decided to start; "The Council" that challenged the Royals. It was at this time that King Stefan & Queen Leah bore children, and this lead the King to neglect the land for the sake of his children. Despite this, he managed well and still ran the Nirethia with ease and care but the members of the council used this brief "neglect" as an excuse to persuade more people to join them. They said that this signified the weakness of the crown and soon the city would fall. This was lies, but some people unfortunately fell to their belief.
The council grew ever larger, but the Royals' support still largely outweighed that of the court. Nevertheless, the King and the Queen are really worried because they know that if they take the whole power of the city, the royal family would be exiled- or worse- murdered. This is of course nothing they talk about with their children, and try to keep a smile up every time they are with them.
Despite these smiles, Anastasia suspects the truth, she walks amongst the people disguised as a pauper and discovers some of their feelings against the Royals. It troubles her. Nonetheless, in doing this she gets to spend more intimate time with her people and to gain a deeper understanding of how they would like the Royals to behave.
Anastasia has a greater worry than being overthrown by the Court; unknown to all, except Prince Philip, Anya is a sorceress, possessing the ability to cast small curses. This is her deepest secret as she fears if her family discover it, they may hunt her with the rest of the witches. Nonetheless, she longs to learn more about sorcery.
All of this becomes unimportant to Anastasia when placed in comparison with her family's safety and happiness. She is a devoted daughter, sister and princess; she will forever remain so.

Anastasia is the most rebellious of the Royals, not always agreeing with their ways, she particularly doesn't trust the council. She is secretive and mysterious, not allowing many to know her true nature. She has a fiery personality making her unafraid and courageous. Nonetheless
