A Woman in Disguise (tags: Mulan)

Odette made her way towards the harbor wanting to enjoy the fresh air while she had the chance too. She rode Angus to a spot overlooking the harbor and smiled as she stared out over the ocean, it was beautiful.

Mulan was dress like a boy and riding Khan. She love the ocean so much. She saw a woman on a horse to.

Odette looked around as she heard another horse approach the area and turned around to see the same man who had talked to her and Proteus. She bit her lip as she tried to remember his name...Pina...Pind...no wait it had been Ping. She smiled at him and, "So we meet here again, Ping isn't it?" She asked.

"Yes it is lady Odette" said Mulan. She give her a smile back "How have you be" asked Mulan.

Odette smiled warmly, "Very well thank you, and yourself?" She asked gently as she studied him....there was something about him...she didn't know what though.

I'm good today and give Khan an nice run" said Mulan as she watch her.

Odette smiled and then studied Kahn, "Well he sure looks like a runner...how often do you ride him?" She asked with interest.

"Every day" said Mulan with a smile as she pet his neck "What about your horse" asked Mulan.

Odette smiled down at Angus who whinnied, "Same, so tell me are you a knight or a soldier?" She asked.

"Knight" said Mulan. Some day it was harded than other to keep this up.

Odette nodded, "Well Sir Ping, it is my honor to meet you." She said with a smile.

"Thank you lady Odette" said Mulan. She was glad to meet people. "Would you like to go for a ride" asked Mulan

Odette smiled, "I would indeed, do you prefer races?" She asked, glad to have a reason to race Angus who was one of the fastest horses she had ever ridden.

"Yes lady Odette" said Mulan with a smile "But Khan is very fast" said Mulan

Odette smiled, "As is Angus." She said and without much more warning then that she kicked Angus into a gallop.

Mulan watch as she toke off "Come Khan" said Mulan as they toke off.

Odette glanceed back to see Ping and Kahn make their way towards her and Angus, she smirked "All right boy go as fast as you can." She whispered and Angus sped up.

Mulan look at Khan "We can win and you will get morw oats tonight" said Mulan as they past them

Odette smiled as Kahn and Ping raced past them and urged Angus to go faster which he did until the two were tied.

Mulan look over at Odette "You ride very well" said Mulan with a smile.

Odette smiled, "As do you." She said and then sent him a sly smile before she urged Angus to go faster which he did.

Mulan watch her take off "Come on Khan" said Mulan as she kick his side. Khan toke off.

Odette glanced behind her and smirked when she saw them gaining on them once again, "Catch me if you can!" She called

Mulan look at them "Come on Khan" said Mulan as they ran pass them. She saw a jog and jump over it.

Odette laughed and urged Angus faster and prepared herself for the leap over the log as she studied the obstacle in their path.
