She does many things, but she's mainly a thief.
Story:
Chel woke up one day, when she was about 4, having no clue of who she was, or where she was. She roamed around until she was found by the caravan of thieves. She was instantly put to work. It was either steal, or be killed. Being so young, and not knowing the difference between right and wrong, Chel grew accustomed to the life of a criminal. She's gotten caught a few times, but always finds a way to escape, whether she's proud of it or not.
Personality: Chel is cocky, rude, manipulative and outspoken. She's always managing to get herself into trouble, but easily weasels her way out of it. She's not afraid to punch someone, or worse. She acts very mature for her age, allowing her do disguise herself as an adult. She's not usually the romantic type, unless she needs to be to get by.
Strengths: Chel is small stature, so she can easily sneak around and be un-noticed. She also is very fond of using her charm and sexuality to get her way.
Weaknesses: She often forgets that she is actually 16, and can't do much. She has a short temper, and hates being treated like a child.
Family & Relationships:
She doesn't remember her family.
She doesn't really have many friends, except for Ariel, who's been her friend since she was very young.
