Family Acquaintances [Tag: Jim]

Eric almost didn't sleep at night, not only because of the wounds, but also of what his uncle did to him. He just couldn't understand why he got so violent with a single touch. One thing Eric couldn't deny, it was needless to say Michael had serious problems in his head.

He left Vanessa at his room, and walked into the town where he stopped by the tavern. He entered the shop, and sat at the same table he sat the other day with Vanessa, and ordered something for breakfast.

(*cough* I can't help but laugh x'D wonder how he'll react when he finds it was his father and not his uncle x'DD)

"Hey Hawkins, we're still waiting for our money."
Jim gave the group of men the finger while taking someone else orders. "Don't ignore us!"
Jim gave the a blank stare, then greeted some other custumers that enterd at the same time, who happend to be knigths.
The men cursed and promised to be back before leaving the tavern.
SIghing, Jim walked over to another table wher a young man sat by himself. Jim knew almot all the faces in this town, but he never saw this guy before.
Must be someone who came along with the princess, he thoguht unintressted.
"What'll will you have?"

Eric looked up briefly to the boy before saying his order...
''A breakfast meal, and some beer'' He said calmly and looked brankly to the other side, where he saw some knights. He made a face, and looked to the other side. Knights in here seemed like he was told.

[Haha... Looking foward for when he finds out... ]

Jim noticed the way the man looked at the knigths and snorted to himself. "I can see those good for nothing knights alrady made an inpression on you," he staed and turned to go get his order.

Eric didn't bother to answer the boy, he was too concerned on understand of what happened to him last night... Although, when his order took longer to be served, he got impatient.

"Sorry for the wait, the chef got a heart attack so I had to make it," Jim said blanky when he finally came back with his food. "Anythign else I can get you?"

Eric arched an brow, and looked at his food before taking a bite. It wasn't so bad, and he swallowed it with some beer before saying with a laugh... ''If you want a crazy uncle, it would be great for me'' He put a hand on his ribs, they still ached when he laughed.

[Alright... and now let's spill some nonsense... XD]

Jim raised an eyebrow. "No thanks, one is enough for me," he muuterd unamused while cleaning off the table beside them.

''I've met my uncle for the first time last night... And I only had to put my hand on his shoulder and he thought I was a punching bag'' He said with a sarcastic tone.

Jim had to chuckle at the irony, the guy seemed to share the same problems Jim had. "I bet he would've gotten along wiht my old man and uncle pretty well."

Eric shook his head with a small smirk. He ate some of his food, and turn to the boy... ''I was actually looking for my father, but I've met... a friend, and she told me I had an uncle and a cousin... Man, if my uncle it's that way, I don't think I want to meet my cousin so soon...'' He chuckled and took a long shot from his beer.

Jim wasn't really litsening. Looking oevr at the kitchen and saw there was still caous in there he sighend and took a seat at the table next to Eric.
"I tkae it this firned of yours was a girl," he stated nonchalantly.

''Yes, she's a girl'' He confirmed with a grin, and took a shot from the beer... ''I don't know exactly of what we are, but I think she likes me...'' He said with a small chuckle and finished his meal.

"She'll get bored of you after she gets what she wants," Jim said uncaring, leaning back in his chair. "That's the kind of girls you meet in this town."

''Not if I get bored first...'' He joked... Vanessa was really hot, but he had his feeling messed about Cinderella. ''So, if this is the kind of girls in town, what do you say about them??'' He said coldly, and leaned his head slightly towards the knights.

"WHat, the girls or the knights?" Jim said casually, not paying any attention to the customers. "All the girls are easy and the knights are useless. They pretend to care about the people when all they do is look the other way and take whatever the hell they want for themselfs."
He glanced back at Eric. "IS that a good enough answear?"

(*cough* hate to interrupt buut I don't!! )

''Yeah, the knights...''He almost growled, and listened to the boy... ''I've always wanted to be one of them... But after last night, I don't know if I want to join this kind...'' He said darkly, and finished his beer.

Jim smirked mckingly at him. "YOu wanted to become a knigth? Try with the kingodm you came from then," he snickerd. "There's nothing in this town for you anyway, or anyone else for that matter," he mutterd. "Did you get attacked while the knights didn't do anything?" he guessd unintressted.

''Yes, my uncle gave me a not pleasant welcome last night, and they did or ask nothing while I limped through the streets'' He said looking into his empty glass and sighed
''I'm a nobody where I'm from, but here I have a name... I'm a Korso'' He leaned into the chair, and crossed his feet on the ground.

Jim stoped breathing for a short moment and stared in disbelief at the other. AT firts he thoguth he'd only missheard, or that the guy was messing around with him. But Jim could tell when someone was serious.
"Fucking bullshit..." he breathed out, eyes narrowing into slits. "You? A Korso?" He stood up and towerd over Eric while studying him closer. "Jospeh has a son?!"

''I'm not lying'' Eric frowned and get tensed into the chair... ''How do you know Joseph was my father? Do you know any of them?'' Eric demanded, looking seriously at the boy.
