More than it seems [Shared Fanfic with Odette/Herc]

(gosh I suck at titels >.< hope it's ok if they're 16 here? :3)

A young man sat and watched siletny all the people walk by, an unreadable expression on his face. The park was always full of people this tme of of day, mostly by familes with small childern running around or clining to their parents.
The sixteen year old leand back in the bench he was sitting on, sighning tiredly. He hated croweded places...

After meeting with a contact, Joseph headed towards the park bench where his twin brother sat. "You look like you have a lot on your mind Michael." He said quietly as he sat next to him.

He didn't answear, as usual. He rarely even talked. Not like he needed to anyway, at least with his twin.
He tared away his eyes from a couple walking by with their son to Jospeh instead, wondering how his little meeting had went.

Joseph knew his brother wasn't going to tell him what was going on so he simply sat back and looked down. "Well we've got a job, are you in?" He asked.

Shooting one last glance at couple from before, he felt disgust seeing the boy being lifted onto his father's shoulder, laughing out loud in delight.
He stood up, letting his brother know he was in.

Joseph glanced over where he had been looking and his own gaze darkened. "Good." He said quietly, knowing his brother was in and that was all that mattered.

He kept his head low as they left, walking close behind his brother. He never really cared about the job they got, since there wans't any difference between 'good' or 'bad' in their eyes anyway.

Joseph couldn't wait to start the job...it would give him an excuse to practice a few things he had been wanting to try for awhile. He glanced behind him to see his brother with his head down...once upon a time he would have had no trouble knowing what he was thinking but those times were changing.

He felt his brothers his on him and looked up, eyes still dull and empty. "Who is it this time?" he asked quietly. Even thoguh he rarely talked, he still tried to talk more often, mostly so he wouldn't toruble his brother.

Joseph glanced down, "Just some merchant guy." He said quietly as he rubbed the back of his neck.
(Ooc why do I picture Sam and Deam from Supernatural?? XDD)

"Hm," he mumbled, looking down again.
He knew Jospeh enjoyd this sort of job, he always has. Michael didn't dislike it, but he couldn't say he enjoyed it either.

((not that I've watched so much of that series... but yes!! Now that you mention it I can picture them too 8D))

Joseph smirked and then moved to walk next to him, "Whats on your mind?" He asked.

He took his time before answering. "Alot. Nothing," he shrugged, glaring at everyone they walked past. "Trash... that's what they all are..."

Joseph glanced around them as well and smiled, "Waste of space....yeah they're all trash." He agreed with contempt as he glared around them.

Michael was about to smile along with him but then someone rudley bumped into him, almost sending him down to the ground.
His eyes darkend and garbbed the man around the wrist before he got to far. Before the man had time to shout, his arm was twisted in the wrong direction, a loud crack could be heard.
Michael ignored the screams aorund him and just punshed the man down to the ground before walking up to his brother like nothing had happend.

Joseph smirked, "Maybe that should teach you some manners!" He called to the man who was lying on the ground now looking confused. There was a pause and then someone else pushed past Joseph a young woman with blonde hair that fell to her waist. She hurried to the man on the ground, "Papa? Are you all right?" She asked, Joseph just stared at the woman with a dumbstruck expression on his face. She had to be the most beautiful woman he had ever seen....

((Oh snap... talk about a bad first impression... xD))

MIchael noticed the wrid look on his brothers face and raised an eyebrow. He wifted a hand infront of his face, tryng to egt a reaction out of him.
"Come on, let's go already," he whined, staring between him and girl. "The hells wrong with you all of a sudden?"

Joseph blinked a few times but his eyes kept straying back to the girl who was helping the man up. "Uh...nothing." He muttered but he couldn't help but feel that he...wanted to know her...which was all ridiculous really.
(Ooc yeah I know XDD)

Miahcel frowned, not liking ths new side of his twin. He shrugged, it'll surely pass... it's not the first time theyve seen pretty women after all. "Come on then, let's get that job over with alreayd," he said and tugged at his sleve.

Joseph glanced over at him, "Uh yeah...the job right." He said and then overheard the man say, "Thank you Evangeline." He almost froze in place again...her name was Evangeline...it suited her he thought absently.

Michael huffed, knowing he'll remember that name, even if he didnät want to. Evangeline.
"Come on already hurry up! I don't know where the place is," he whined again, sending dark glared back the two.

Joseph gave one last look back at the man and Evangeline before he started walking. He wasn't sure why...but he could still see her face, hear her voice and smell her sweet scent. He had never reacted in this way around other women...it was most unusual for him.

((um... are we gonna write whne they see eahcother again or...? xD I really wanna ahve Michael all jealous and stuff x3))

"You look stupid, what's wrong with your face?" Michael huffed, trying to ignore the sting of jealosy.

Joseph sighed and was about to reply to him when, "Hey, I think you dropped this." Joseph turned around to see Evangeline standing there holding a coin that most definitely hadn't come from Joseph or Michael. He was pretty sure he had lost the ability to speak but then glanced down at the coin in her hand, "Uh..that's not mine." He finally managed to say.

((Oh.... yaaay ))

Michael only grew more irritated and wante dnothing more thna punch the girl in the face, not that it showed on his expression thogugh that still satyed as blank as ever.
Without a word he took the coin and truend to keep on walking, grabbing Joseph's arm.
