You call that cooking? [Tag John Smith]

John chuckled, it was funny to see his old-grumpy-man reaction, even Phoebus gets a bit pissed with him at times but he manages to payback the teasing and laugh about it, unlike Jim who just gets mad and some times he's able to payback using really bad words. "Oh may you pardon me Jame then" he said as a dramatic apologize to the kid and saw how he was setting everything to the table.
"Good, now let's have a good, judging dinner" he said messing Jim's hair once again and sat ready to eat the boy's meal.

(You know what I just realized, every time John messes with Jim's hair is like in the movie when he messes with the dog...Percy? and Jim reacts the same way as the dog!)

His eye twitched when John once again messed up his hair. The knight must have some kind of hair fetish...
But he really tried not slap him this time, and instead took a seat as well.
He gave John a hard stare, waiting for him to say how the food was. Speaking of food, when was the last time Jim ate a decent meal?
He eyed the food John ahd made carefully, and slowly started to serve himself.

He stared at his meal inspecting it, quite amused, and for respect he waited for Jim to sit, and once he seem to started eating so he was. The first bite, and many thoughts crossed his mind, it was good actually, really really good...but to not give Jim the satisfaction just yet he just continue eating showing no expression at all as he was trying to come up with the right words.

Ok, so the knight hadn't been lying, he was a good cook. A pretty good one at that. But like hell Jim would ever give the older man the satisfaction. And besides, Jim's own cooking was better... or at least that's what he liked to tell himself.
His expression stayed as blank as ever while glancing up at the other.

John took another bite and by now he stared at Jim in order to see his reaction, he raised an eyebrow realizing that Jim knew how to play. It has been so long since John was in a situation like this...well, maybe this was the first time hew as in a situation like this. Here they were two cooks, tasting each other's meal, with no expression at al judging the food. A smug smirk appeared in the blonde's face, mainly because he was trying to hold a laughter, but knowing Jim or people, it might be misunderstood, "Enjoying it?" he asked.

Oh yes, Jim knew how to play alot of games, this one being no exception.
He just shrugged and continued to eat slowly, as if the food wasn't anything special.
"I've had better," he said flatly. Ok, that may have been a lie, but john didn't know. "You look like you're enjoying it."

"The surroundings perhaps, the fact that mr. your meal might be poison heck i will ever taste it eating his words right now because is actually eating my food, perhaps" he said quite confident as he looked at the meal, "But honestly..." he said and stopped to add a bit of suspense, trying to think if he should play a bit more or not.

Jim gave him a hard look, before his face split into a wide, cocky grin. "You can stop with the game already Smith, You're eyes are tellming everything I need to know. You're so easy to read," he said smugly and leaned bakc in his chair, totally convinced that the older man loved his food. And the knight's food was good too. ...Ok, more than just good.
