With a Broken Heart Part 2

"Yeah! That's my bro," she said proudly of the brother figure. Come to think of it, she needed to tell him more of her little secrets and torutre him some more again.
"Waaaaait... you're not the girl he's intrested in right?" she asked curiously.

Odette choked on her stew and had to take a few deep breaths before she got her breath back, "Uh not to my knowledge, what has he told you about this mysterious girl?" She asked with interest.

She blinked at Odette coughing. "Nothing really. He didn't even want to admit there was someone. SO, no idea," she smiled.

Odette smiled, "Oh don't worry I'm sure I can help you out with that problem Esme." She said with a playful wink.

The gyosy smirked mischievously. "I think we two are going to get along more than fine~" she chuckled evilly. "So if you ever need me to bother or stalk someone I'll happily do the dirty work for ya!"

Odette grinned at the idea, "I definitely would call on you just for that purpose." She said with a smile as she thought about it.

"Good! I have my own cottage not far away from here actually," she rememberd. "But i wont be there thta often, just in case you don't fin me or anything," she smiled.
"Soooo... about you and Sunny~" she teased.

Odette ducked her head, "What about me and Sunny?" She asked trying to dodge the question.

"You should go see him soon again, make him regrett for being a jerk and not trying to udnerstand you, and then hell crawl after you like a lost puppy," she said excitedly.

Odette laughed, "You make it sound easy." She said with a sigh, there was no way Phoebus could forgive her.

"And you make it sound so hard," she said back, giving her a confident grin. "Trust me, any sane man wouldn't give up on you that easily. And think Sunny is one of the few who's not totally crazy yet."

Odette laughed and smiled at the idea, "Well lets hope so." She said with a sigh.

"Heeey, you should love yourself more," she pouted and poked her chin. "Gotta love yourself to love someone else," she winked.

Odette grinned, "You have a point." She said with a smile as she looked at Esmerelda, "So you said that Flynn is your brother?" She asked as she changed topics.

"Hm? Oh not my real brother," she chuckled and leaned against Odette. "But hes really clse friends with my uncles, no idea how that happend, and he's always looking after and helpung me out, even whne I don't need it. So he's been real close to me as well. He's the brother I never had," she said happily. "And he's good at keeping secrets. Hehehehe~"

Odette smirked, "Oh...yes perhaps we can work together to figure out what those secrets are." She commented with a wink.

"As long as it's not any of my secrets," Esme laughed. "But maybe I'll be able to tell you some as well. I already have, about Johnny boy..."

Odette leaned forward in interest, "Do tell." She said, as she studied Esmerelda intently, she wanted to hear more about those two.

"There's really nothig much to tell," she pouted, sounding dissaointed herself. "I admit that I'm annoying him on purpose, at least from the start. Not that I blame him, being a knight and all, but it kinda irritates me that he only sees me as a pest... like everyone else. At least, that's what he seems to think of me."

Odette frowned, "Men...I stand by what I said earlier. If you want I can talk to him." She said.

She blinked slightly confused, but was still smiling nonetheless. "You two were good friends right? Don't bother yourself with me and my small problems, but thanks anyway though."

Odette made a noise, "They're not small problems....besides Johnny needs a little bit more adventure in his life." She said with a wink.

"Compared to my other daily problems, yes they are," she insisted. "Sure he does, and I'm sure he wouldn't mind it. But whatever, i've actually got a life i'm trying to handle. So I'll forget him soon enough anyway..."

Odette pouted, "Now you sound like me....tell you what if I talk to Phoebus and somehow convince him that I do like him. Then you have to talk to Johnny." She said, in a way she hoped she could pull off two missions with one goal. Deep down, she wanted to amend things with Phoebus and somehow if possible pick up where they had left off.

She looked a bit uncomfortable at first when they didn't drop the subject but smiled again after a moment. "Sorry, even I have my doubts," she giggled. "But ok sure. What do I've got to lose. As long as you keep your promise 'kay?"
