A Slow Awakening (tags: Michael)

(takes place during the topic with Flynn, Marina and Phoebus )
Odette must have fallen asleep on the ride to Flynn's place as she awoke to find herself in a bed covered by a few blankets but she was now wearing a long shirt much better then being naked. She winced, her entire lower body was sore and she bit her lip trying not to think about what she had just undergone. She was grateful Flynn had saved her but she wished he had gotten there sooner....then she wouldn't feel like she couldn't go to her own home. She was deeply horrified that Flynn had seen her like that....he must think she was weak.

"That brat hasn't change at all has he," Mike mutterd casually with his back turned to the bed, staring at nothing in particular in front of him.
As soon as Jospeh ahd said what Eric would do to Odette, he knew it had been to late already.
His brother sure was hopeless. And his kid... disgusting.

Odette almost jumped when she heard that voice and then whirled around to see Michael standing with his back facing her. She wondered at his dark tone and bit her lip, "I guess not." She said quietly, she glanced down at herself and winced, no wonder Micahel didn't want to look at her....after all she had just been raped. She felt gross and even worse she felt ashamed....ashamed that he had to see her like this.

Sighing he turned around and looked down at ehr with his never chaning blank expression.
"You better not being feeling ashamend," he said knowingly. "The only thing you should be regretting, is to so easily trust in people."

She winced and looked down, "Easier said then done.....and I do regret that, I can't believe I was so stupid." She said darkly and glared down at her hands, not seeing them. "He asked me to help him....I should have at least known where he was headed with that." She said with a shudder as she remembered how he had touched her cheek and had then hit her. She knew her face still showed the marks of where he had slapped her and had hit her with that small statue.

On the outside, he looked uncaring and bored as always. But seeing all the wounds and how hurt she was, made him unwittingly remember some thins he rather forget. Maybe that's why he cared, orwas it even concern he felt towards her? He didn't know, really.
"Keep thinking like that and the brat wins," he stated and sat at the edge of the bed.

She sighed and fisted one hand as she forced herself to not remember any of it. She looked over at him and sadly smiled, "I know...once I get healed, I am going to kill that bastard." She said honestly, that was if he was still alive.

He smirked slightly. "If you're lucky, he wouldn't have run into me or Jim by then."
Mike might just forget about the whole thing, but Jim sure as hell would't. Mike knew the teen was out looking frot he blonde OR his cousin right now.

She actually laughed, "Well if you do happen to run into him first, please cut off his dick. After all men like him....they don't deserve them." She said darkly. If she ever got the chance she would make sure his death would be slow and painful.

He raised an eyebrow at her, not really expecting to hear those words come out from her mouth.
He chuckled, amused. He couldn't say he didn't agree with her. "First good idea I hear from you. In fatc, first diea at all comming from you," he laughed slightly. "Never thought we'd share the same thoughts."

Odette let a little laugh escape, "Oh trust me....men like him I kill for a living." She said matter of factly before she looked at him, "I plan on making him suffer, besides I don't want another person to get raped by him." She said quietly but honestly.

"Too late for that," he stated flatly and glanced around the room with abored expression. "He had some fun with a certain redhead right before he went after you."

Her eyes narrowed, "That bastard....if I wasn't stuck here, I would hunt him down and kill him." She said darkly, her eyes darkening as she thought about how badly she wanted to kill him. She would make him suffer and then when she had deemed it good enough she would allow him to die...but not before she was through with him.

Her reaction only amused Korso more. "I'll just sit back and enjoy the show then. Let's see who gets to him first, you or Jim," he mused to himself.
He knew both of them could get violent, and very gruesome.
"Before you do that though, make sure you can walk normally first."

She gave him a look, "No shit." She said with a little laugh and then shook her head, "If Jim gets to him first I'll never forgive him." She said only half joking.

He rolled his eyes. Not that he blamed her, he prefectly understood how she was feeling, but she better not get obsessed with revenge. Unless she wanted to end up like his brother.
....Pfft. Ridiculous.
"Then stay in bed," he said, knowing she had a hard time laying atound without doing anything.

She sighed, "I know....and don't worry I'm not going to get crazy obsessed." She said flatly, she wasn't planning on winding up like Joseph....because well that would just be ironic. She lay back down and sighed, "So how did you find Flynn's hideout?" She asked as she changed the subject.

He gave her a look, as if saying you don't wanna know before looking away again.
"You really should just leave this town. If you stay here, nothign will chnage for the better. For you I mean."

She frowned and looked down, "I know....but what about my friends? Jim and everyone here..." She trailed off and then shook her head, "You told me once I couldn't leave....what made you change your mind?" She asked softly.

"You're friends are nothing but in the way, if you ahdn't notcied, " he mutterd.
He thought for a moment. What did make him change his mind? Hell if he knew.
"Guess I'm getting tired of you."

She shrugged, "Or you like me." She muttered with a little smirk on her face. She didn't know why but she was starting to look forward to his visits more often....there had to be something wrong with her.

He knew this girl's head was meesed up but now he was sure she's crazy.
He sighend and rubbed the side of his head. Odette was lucky he didn't get as easily as Joseph.
"And if that was the case, what would you do?"

Odette shrugged, "I don't know.....what would you do?" She asked quietly, knowing he was trying to mess with her. She didn't mind that much though, for some bizarre reason.

He let out a chuckle when she threw back the same question.
She's learning, about god damn time.
"The same thing Jospeh did probaly," he answerd calmly with a dark smile.

She studied him and then shook her head, "No you wouldn't...you're not like Joseph in that regard." She commented softly, she wondered why he was trying to use that tactic anyway.
